Our first cookbook
EASY CHARCUTERIE BOARDS
"Our hope for the book is not just to walk you through the world of charcuterie and help you arrange a beautiful and delicious board, but to inspire you to forge even deeper connections with friends and family over a gorgeous spread. That is, after all, what the art of charcuterie is all about." -Marco and Aubrey Niccoli

What is Charcuterie?
What do we mean when we say “charcuterie”?
In its truest form, it refers to meat—usually pork—that has been preserved by salt-curing, smoking, air-curing, or brine-curing. It can also refer to a style of slow cooking in fat to make a confit.
